This warranty covers defects in:

- Frame structure or hinge construction
- Lens craftsmanship (e.g. delamination, warping)
- Manufacturing flaws that affect functionality

If your sunglasses fail due to a covered defect, we’ll repair or replace them — at no cost for the product itself.

This warranty **does not** cover:

- Scratched lenses
- Accidental drops or impact damage
- Cosmetic wear (e.g. fading, discoloration)
- Improper cleaning (e.g. household cleaners or abrasive cloths)
