Rawzi Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Rawzi purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return through our Returns Portal — as long as your item is eligible under the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, in original condition.
  
• Final sale items and international orders are not eligible for return.
  
• Products that don’t meet these criteria may be declined and sent back to you.
  

Return Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose:

• Refund to your original payment method.
  
• Exchange for another item of equal value.
  
• Store Credit to use on Rawzi.com.
  

Return Shipping

• Free Returns Coverage at checkout, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no extra cost.
  
• If you didn’t opt-in for coverage, you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return label.
  
  
• Please package your return carefully — we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  
  

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale and Rx Eyewear cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
