YOUR STYLE, YOUR WAY
Getting your Measurements:
What You’ll Need: (Easy Trick Below)
- A ruler or millimeter tape measure
- A mirror or a friend to assist
-
Optional: A pair of sunglasses that fit well for comparison
1. Measure Your Head Width (Temple-to-Temple)
Why: This helps you match your head size with the overall frame width. (*This is the most important)
How to Measure:
- Stand in front of a mirror.
- Hold a ruler flat across your face. Line it up with the center of each temple (just above your ears).
- Keep the ruler straight across (not curved).

2. Measure Your Bridge Width (Nose Fit)
Why: A good bridge fit keeps glasses stable and comfortable—no pinching or slipping.
How to Measure:
- Use a ruler or caliper to measure the bridge of your nose (the bony area between your eyes where glasses rest).
- A typical bridge width is 16–20 mm.
3. Measure Your Temple Length (Side Fit)
Why: This ensures the arms of the sunglasses fit comfortably around your ears. Our temple tips are adjustable with proper heat and bending. You are usually able to take them in to get adjusted at a nearby Walmart or Costco for little to no cost.
How to Measure:
- Use a flexible tape measure or string.
- Measure from the hinge of your current glasses to the end of the arm (temple tip).
- Most people fall between 135–145 mm.
Bonus: Try the Credit Card Trick
No ruler? No problem. Use your phone camera or mirror.
Hold a standard credit/debit card vertically against your nose: (width of card 54 mm).

- If the cards outer edge lines up with your temple (inside ear as shown above): Medium Fit
-
If the cards outer edge does not reach your temple: Wide Fit
-
If the cards outer edge extends past your temple (covering your ear): Narrow Fit
